Apple TV Won’t Accept Dish Network Account

I have been having the same problem for the past few days. It doesn’t just apply to Apple TV, it applies to iPhone and iPad too. I can sign into my Dish account through an internet browser on my phone or computer. However, when I try the same account and password to sign in to Dish as my TV provider or try to sign into the MyDish app on the phone or iPad, I get an error message that my username or password is not recognized. It does give me the option to change my password, which I have done several times, but it still won’t recognize the new password. I can only sign in to Dish through a web browser. I have had a long call with Dish technical support and they state this only seems to be occurring with Apple devices. This is affecting my access to some streaming services.

I am having the same issue - cannot use any of my app on my Apple TV because it’s not recognizing my dish login. It says it’s invalid username/password and I 100% know it’s not wrong. I’ve logged in on my browser and it works. Glad it’s not just me!

I think this is an Apple problem, not a Dish problem. Started after upgrade to iOS 15.0.2.

Well somebody fixed something. It works today!!
