Help

Any time I try to update or purchase an app I receive a message saying my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I don’t know why and I don’t know what to do about it. I receive my jobs from one of my apps and it’s time to renew its subscription and every time I try I get that message.

Why Accounts Become Disabled:

When your iTunes Account has been disabled, and that often happens due to suspicious activity --- Perhaps nothing on your part. They disable it for no more than Security & Privacy concerns.

Possible Reasons Could Include: 

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions
