Voice isolation in iPhone 13 pro video causes poor audio

So, on one hand, when someone says something in a video, the background cuts out really well. Impressive. On the other hand, if you’re recording a music performance, you don’t want someone saying something for half a second completely killing your video’s audio. I don’t see a toggle or a good way to turn this off while recording a video, or even knowing it’s on. I hope this was it, otherwise my iPhone won’t be able to record events I want. Any help?
