What is the Mac Model?
(The simplest is About This Mac, available by choosing About This Mac from the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen.)
Can you post the error screen shot where exactly you get this error?
Is it when you download or running the installer after downloading?
MacBook Pro 2012
it installed normally. The error message occur during installation when the system is about to boot up. Then it will write this software is encrypted and can’t be installed (then it will show me option to restart after clicking restart.it will boot up normally but the Catalina is not installed ) I didn’t take a pics 😔😔
Back out of the Catalina Installer and wait for the Decryption process to finish. This can take some time depending on how much Data is on the drive.
here is the pics
The Computer appears to be running FileVault. The drive has not yet complete the Decryption process before attempting the upGrade to Catalina..
