I bought a new model Airpod pro but the tapping function on the side to stop the music or end the call is not working. So I have to use my iPhone 12 to end the call or stop the music what should I do?

How to customize AirPods Pro controls

  1. On your iPhone, head to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap the “i” next to your AirPods Pro (make sure they're connected)
  3. Under “Press and Hold AirPods” choose Left or Right.
  4. Customize if your AirPod Force Sensor activates Noise Control or Siri.
