My Apple store and iTunes have been disabled

Whenever I try to download an app using the Apple store it says that my account has been disabled

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
