iPhone X will not turn off
I’ve tried all the solutions presented online. I cannot turn phone off. The screen is stuck on power off screen. I can’t slide to power phone off, nor can I cancel.
The two other items on screen are medical ID and SOS.

In the process mentioned below, you DO NOT slide the power OFF. You continue to HOLD the SIDE BUTTON until you see an Apple Logo.
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
