We understand that you’re not hearing audio on the right side of your Beats and reviewed Sound troubleshooting – Beats headphones and earphones for troubleshooting steps.
As this wasn’t in the previous article you reviewed, if your Beats are a wireless pair please reset them and test again. Depending on the model, you’ll find the steps in one of the following articles.
Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones
