Getting issue at the time of what's up call disconnection

Hi Team,

I am not able to return to the what's up call while tapping the green call indicator at the top of the screen.

For instance, If i started what's up call with anyone and then if I moved out to some other window during the call, after clicking on several times, I am not able to return the what's up call screen.

On the top it's showing tap to return to the what's call, although that option is not working.I am using I phone 12.

Does anyone has any idea how to fix it?

Does it work with other calls? E.g. does return to call works with cellular calls and/or FaceTime calls?

If no issue with cellular calls and FaceTime, and issue is specific to Whatsapp app only, check App Store for any pending Whatsapp app updates. If app is up to date, delete the app, restart iPhone then reinstall the app and test again. Still no luck, report issue to Whatsapp app support. How to contact an app developer

Hello iWoo,

Thanks for answering and suggestions. I have tried below options and concluded

1) It's working with Face Time calls

2) Tried uninstalling what's up and restored without backup but issue still exist.

Notified the what's up developer about the same issue. Let's wait for their response.
