Iphone 13 mini or possible future option

Will Apple be producing an Iphone mini that does not have the "pro" style camera?

I do not care for the camera feature and find it to be a complete waste of money and RAM space. I get that the millennial's and the generation after them cannot go 5 minutes without posting whatever "cool" thing they did throughout their day. For those us that are not into ourselves, is it possible to have a new Iphone, comparable in size and material to that of the 4S (stainless steel and rounded edges), made for adults?

Honestly, if you could just recreate the 4s but have it with the 13 mini capabilities (minus the camera on steroids), that would be awesome. Appreciate the feedback and further correspondence, thank you.
