About the most you may do at the moment, would be

to check all the settings. Maybe temporarily (if possible)

un-check/turn off 'optimize battery charging' feature in

the Battery health. This may change how portable Mac

sees this power source.

And I've had to compare energy settings in iOS 15.1.x

iPhone; as my mac isn't running Catalina/BigSur ~ or

Monterey. Similar results should allow the toggle of

the settings; to see what effect happens.

There are care instructions and better understanding

of the portable Mac and its battery; please read them.

While the battery app may be OK, I'd prefer closer

attention be paid to details; brightness, items left on

when not needed (& when away from grid, less on.)

And when the MacBook is running on battery, is not

the time to be loading it up with work or play. ~Use

AC power supply as primary fuel to run the machine.

Ration battery power and save the battery's life too.

The "Service Recommended" condition is new beginning with a point release in macOS 10.15 (was it 10.15.5 or .6?) which changed from having four conditions for the battery (Normal, Replace Soon, Replace Now, and Service Battery). The "Service Recommended" is triggered when the battery's current Full Charge Capacity drops below 80% of the original design capacity (similar to the old "Replace Soon" condition), or it is triggered if a hardware fault is detected with the battery (similar to the old "Service Battery" condition). If Coconut Battery is not showing a problem, then that probably mean the latter condition unless the battery capacity is near the borderline 80% of design capacity (macOS tends to read this value in two different ways for some reason). I personally prefer the old style reporting as it gave a lot more detail and actually made sense. The new reporting style makes me think Apple wants to do more battery replacements since the "Service" part scares people where as "Replace Soon" feels more like a warning nudge. So sad Apple is going backwards in so many areas.

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Unfortunately the diagnostic does not detect all battery hardware faults since some faults may only present themselves at certain charge levels.

Unless the diagnostics report a battery problem, then just ignore the battery condition unless the battery isn't performing to you expectations for how you use the laptop.

I am also getting the same error, info below:

Health Information:

Cycle Count: 374

Condition: Service Recommended

and before it was running perfectly but when I update the macOS Big Sur update after this message appears on my screen and I don't understand why even my laptop cycle in under the value,

I rechecked the full information of my laptop battery on the "coconutBattery" App so there are showing battery health good so, could you help me with this, Please?

Thanks
