Delivery time for an engraved iPad

Personalised (i.e., engraved) items are prepared and shipped to the customer from point-of-manufacture in China. Non-personalised orders are usually fulfilled from in-country stock. As such, given that there are global shipping delays, engraved items may take a little longer to deliver.

Apple’s website tends to give an accurate estimated delivery date.
