Overheating

my phone has been unusually overheating, over minor tasks such as opening social media or simply just having the phone on the home page, its been happening since i’ve updated to ios 15.0.2

I have the same issue, since i’ve updated with new ios15.0.2 my phone is overheating and is very uncomfortable because is not normal condition. The response that Villas made is not a good answer, it’s more an excuse because people is complaining for an issue haven’t seen before in their equipment.
