The digital numbers on the watch face are so big they can't go all the way across. How do I adjust this?

So I have the watch set to a traditional analog setting with second/minute/hour hands, but after a short rest, the watch will revert to a digital image, green numbers with the green charging icon in the top left corner. The numbers in this format are too big, so they can't go all the way across. They look like this:

Its really annoying, and, of course, if I turn the watch landscape, it will all fit across 3:09PM, but that's not a permanent solution.
