The Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card and the terms and conditions do not allow cash loans from it. See: https://www.goldmansachs.com/terms-and-conditions/Apple-Card-Customer-Agreement.pdf


If you meant Apple Cash instead of Apple Card, see: Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card - Apple Support
