Mac system font size/ plea to Mac engineers

So I seem to be cursed owning two wickedly killer 3440 X 1440 monitors (an incredible , incredible boon to those that do work with a horizontal timeline ala video or audio editing) that do NOT have the option to change system font size with the mac mini M1.....the option that ,say, an apple laptop has to tweak system font size is NOT available for my monitors...major, major bummer...

Any MAC engineers here? I've included a snip to show the disparity in the magnificently tweakable font size INSIDE a browser (chrome) that allow you to click 'command and the +' key combo to increase the body of text size INSIDE a browser without losing resolution) , versus the fixed , unchangeable font size of all mac system font size in any system window, etc. C'mon mac engineers...you can make the mac do amazing things, are you telling me in this day and age you can't apply a scaling feature for ALL (or selectable) mac system text/fonts the way you can for the body of text in a browser ala Windows 10 pro, as seen in my snip?!....Make this happen

Snip included showing the disparity in text size between the magnificently tweakable body of text IN the chrome browser versus the tiny system text on the menu bar, etc.
