Wi-Fi issues?

My 2011 MacBook pro is connected to the Wi-Fi in my home, but I keep getting an error message stating it cannot connect to the server of any website I try.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

Is the system time correct?

do you get the same results in Safe Mode?
