Facial recognition keeps failing and I can’t understand why it has happened twice in 2 days, I have only had the phone 2 days, help is needed to understand this problem. I’m not sure how to use iPhone since I’ve only used Samsung.
How am I to keep working with this phone if I have to constantly have to enter my passcode to make changes to what I am trying to fix. I am coming from a Samsung community and I am having a hard time getting around this problem. I have updated the IOS today and I got kicked off Facial ID.
