How can I move all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. I tried to back up both phones and it’s not working is there nothing I can do?

I bought and new phone and everytime I back up my iCloud nothing happens

Transfer data to new iPhone Hello, I have some problems with transferring data to my new iPhone from iPhone that I used before. When I’m transferring all the information to the new phoneб after some time it’s saying that transferring failed and that I don’t have much space on my phone, even tho I have 198/256 space. Also I can’t make a back up for my iCloud on my old phone, its also saying that I don’t have space for it, even tho I just bought 200 more space for my iCloud. Just got a new phone from the Apple store and I am trying to backup all my data from my iCloud. It is not pulling everything up. Trying to backup all my data from my old phone to this new phone

Two steps:

Backup your old phone (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977)
Use the backup to restore/set up your new device (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184)
