Just got a new phone from the Apple store and I am trying to backup all my data from my iCloud. It is not pulling everything up.

I need to transfer data from my old phone to an iPhone I purchased yesterday. Is there a way I can back up my phone to iCloud temporarily so I can transfer the data to a new phone? I do not pay for any additional iCloud.

I want to set up my new Apple phone with the iCloud back up data from my old phone. Why is no one at Apple able to assist me with this? Where’s the data from my old phone ?

I've tried to back up my iphone 12 before switching to iphone 13 and i've had no luck I bought a new iphone 13- trying to transfer all of my items over from iphone 12. Will not work Tried to download from icloud and by putting phones side by side.
