It sounds like you have a concern with an arrow appearing on your display. We'll be happy to help out.
You may have an accessibility feature turned on. Go to Settings > Accessibility and turn off any feature here that you do not recognize or are not using: Get started with accessibility features on iPhone - Apple Support.
