How can I redownload the phone call app? It isn’t available in the App Store to download and isn’t in any folder on my phone. When I go to the search function I can use it, but it isn’t available on my Home Screen.

The Phone app is not one of the apps that can be deleted but it can be removed from the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
