Hello there,


You can use https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ to see what kind of coverage your device has. Keep in mind, ONLY AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss can get you a replacement device after paying the deductible.


Here is the link that shows the Theft and Loss deductibles if you find that you do have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss: https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service


If you only have AppleCare+, your option is to purchase a new phone. If your insurance is not with Apple, but with a third-party service or with your service provider, you will need to get in contact with them, as they’ll provide you with information on how to get service and where you need to go and/or send it to.
