I want to register apple care.
How long within do I need to register apple care? Do i beed to register within like 48hours after purchasing?

If you purchased new or from an authorized seller you have 60 days to purchase AppleCare+
I believe you can purchase apple care directly from your settings.

If AppleCare+ was not taken at time of purchase of a brand-new device, you can purchase this cover from Apple at any time within the following 60-days.
If available to you, you can purchase cover directly from your iPad Settings. Immediately below your name - at the top of the Settings page - you will see “AppleCare Coverage Available” - and if you tap this entry you will be taken to the sign-up page; you will also see how many days are left before the option to add AppleCare+ expires.
During the sign-up process, your device will be automatically tested for existing technical faults; if no faults are detected, you’ll be able to proceed with the sign-up process.
