I have problem with Symbol Font on my system.
I can't delete it, I have tried in Safe Mode without success.
How can I delete it?

System fonts provided by Apple cannot be removed nor disabled. This is because they are installed on the System volume which is read only, signed, sealed and snapshot to APFS where it boots. This is to ensure the primary operating system files cannot be modified by malware or hackers, etc.

Why would you want to delete it? What is your actual problem being caused by its presence on your system? If you will explain that, someone might be able to help.

Remove is in light gray
Often, not always, when I reply or forward a message via Outlook for Mac, the whole message turns with that font!
I wrote to support and they replied that when it happens I have to select the text and apply the correct font!!!

That should not happen. I suspect it could caused by a junk non-unicode symbol font that may still come with Office (not the Apple font you see in Font Book). Try searching/asking in the Outlook forum about how to fix this.
