iPhone X frozen and unresponsive

Hello my iPhone X is completely frozen and unresponsive to touch. I can’t switch it off as I can’t slide the slider. I have tried the tip I found on line of pressing the volume up and then down buttons and then the off switch but it’s doesn’t work. I can’t do a thing to it.

I upgraded it earlier today to the new IOS.

can anyone help
