Reset apple music library

Is there a way to remove and reset all songs and playlists from my apple music library and itunes match library and start over? I tried the select all and delete but my playlist still refresh. Do I need to individually delete them? I have itunes on high sierra

Apple Music Playlist I have recently, by mistake, deleted a playlist from iTunes. I tried to research wether it is possible to restore or not. Due to this matter, i wonder if anyone can help me restoring back my playlist. Ps. I have done this before while i was using Spotify, which there was an easy function to restore old playlists.

Playlists in Apple Music I just opened Music on my Mac and my library is gone. Not the physical media, just their existence in Music, along with a few hundred playlists. It looks like it's completely reset to factory settings. Since the change from iTunes, I have no idea where all of that data is stored, since the "iTunes Library" is basically obsolete. My question is, where are they stored, and can I get them back? I should note that all of my media is on an external USB drive that normally stays docked permanently to my iMac, but just today I ejected the drive. It would seem that would have something to do with it, wouldn't it? Thanks for any advice.

You would need to manually delete the songs and playlists following the steps under the "Remove a song from iCloud" section here:
