Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I am setting up a new iphone 13, I am at the point were it is asking me to enter apple ID passwords for other devices. "Your other devices include purchases from the istore...enter password for xxx to restore purchases" the issue is, the ID is not on my account, and I am not even sure why it is on my Phone.

Was this a brand new phone fresh from Apple, or did you buy it secondhand, even if unknowingly?
If the latter, return the phone and get them to do this:
