Is my manually downloaded music in my iTunes going to be deleted if I update my IOS?

what happens to the music in apple itunes when I have to use microsoft update I have itunes on pc, from itunes. I got notice to update to latest version, but it takes me to microsoft. Not unless a problem occurs. Back it up first.

For reference, Macs run macOS, not iOS.
