I have Apple 6+,How can I upgrade software?

Hi "rajthakur11". Unfortunately the iPhone 6 can only update to the version iOS 12.5. This means your phone can't update to iOS 13. The only solution I can think of here is purchasing a new one. You can buy a used, refurbished phone, or buy a new one. All phones iPhone 6s and above can update. Hope this helps!
The only way to run a newer version of iOS would be to upgrade your iPhone 6 to a newer model.
