Camera Issue

Hey there

i have An Iphone 11pro and im having an issue with my camera. When I open the camera application it starts reloading like a loops start like its start a loop of refocusinf just like when we switch between modes. The camera goes blur for a sec. Its happening when i open the camera app, its keeps on reloading again and again and at the same time when I open the camera on snapchat or other application. It works totally fine and at the same time when i open the camera apps it starts keep on reloading just like when we switch between modes. Im pretty sure its a software issue? Because if it was a hardware issue it would’ve done the same thing on all the other applications too?
