I circled the photo section in red. Is there supposed to be a blue lens there?

Yes, that's what it's supposed to look like in person. It is the Ultra Wide camera and what you see is what you're supposed to get and exactly as it is on both our 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.

You have nothing to worry about at all.
