How can I disable my child's hotspot on their phone and restrict them from using it.

On iOS 15, you can navigate to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions to see all settings that you can change. Under Allow Changes, there is an option listed for "Cellular Data Changes". This might be able to help, however it doesn't mention Personal Hotspots. If needed, you might have to reach out to your cellular provider for assistance in removing the Personal Hotspot feature from your child's device.
