After the order was successful, the delivery status could not be checked due to the Apple event yesterday. I canceled the order because the delivery driver was not assigned, and the bill has not been refunded yet. When can I get a refund?

Refunds can take from 5 - 30 days. They are not instantaneous. The banks are allowed several days for processing and they do so. Did Apple actually put through the charge since they do not actually charge for the merchandise until it is shipped.
No, a test charge may have been placed on your credit card but you aren't actually charged until the item ships. If you used a debit card that is handled differently.
Orders were processed immediately and products and shipping costs were paid immediately.
