Order Not Yet Placed

I tried to order an Lighting to USB Cable from apple store india on 08/Jan/2022 and i paid through HDFC Netbanking. The transaction was completed and money was debited from my account but order was not placed nor did i get any confirmation email. How long do i have to wait for the refund?

To my knowledge, no communication has been sent regarding this cancellation, and the funds have not been refunded. I discovered that the order was canceled by checking the list of my orders on the website. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could provide me with a timeframe for when the refund will be made, as I would like to know when I can expect to receive the funds.

Refunds can take up to 30 days. Idon't know what happens if you did not place an order - you will need to contact the service you used. We are just other users here and have no access to any records.
