I tried to order an lightning to USB Cable from apple store india on 08/11/2022 and i paid through Netbanking. The transaction was completed and money was debited from my account but order was not placed nor did i get any confirmation email. How long do i have to wait for the refund?
If you used any sort of online payment your money must be stuck in between ( happened to me while trying to add fund to Apple ID a couple of months ago)
if that’s the case your money will be refunded within some days.
mine was refunded 2 weeks later.
I used payTM as my payment method.
Have you called Apple or started the refund process?
I tried calling apple but call cut down like try reaching business working day but after 4 hours I got confirmation like order got placed and it’s processing now.
