This problem only started recently and it's driving me nuts. I've set everything up correctly, signed out, signed back in, restarted devices, and still, when I go to the home library app on my Apple TV HD, it's saying that no libraries are available. Any ideas? Yes, all my devices are connected to the same account, I've signed out, signed back in and restarted everything several times.

Do you have a computer running iTunes, or a Mac running Catalina or later for which Home Sharing has been enabled. Did you include the router when restarting devices? Have you checked for firewall issues? Home Sharing uses UDP port 5353.

It's a known issue (I just got off the phone with Senior Support, 90 minute phone call). My ticket was opened 6/26/21 for this problem, they are still 'working on it'...
I’m having this same problem, like you said driving me crazy. I did everything I can think of and all of what others have told me to do… nothing. If this is a known problem, hopefully they fix it .
