I received an email that my 0.99 could not be debited for my iCloud storage. but it says 15,- on my account and I can't change anything in payment and shipping now (on the iphone) . I then get a message "There was a problem. Please try again later" ??? now i don't know what to do can you help? gr hilke

Anything blocking your access to Apple servers? I just checked on my Mac and I can connect to the AppStore.
The Apple System Status does not show any problems:
i dont think so i can dowload games in appstore
if i go into system preferences. look at i cloud there is a check mark and extends on 18-10-2020 .. so maybe it worked after all? Iwil wait
