How to avoid annual renewal of Dropbox

Trying to cancel annual subscription to Dropbox Plus (Google Drive is much better), but iOS settings doesn’t give me option to cancel…only upgrade. I want to make sure it doesn’t auto renew.

Hello milldude1! Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you want to cancel your annual subscription to Drobox, but you don’t see the option to cancel. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

Apple provides the following resource to assist with cancelling subscriptions set up through the App Store: How to cancel a subscription from Apple

Various methods for cancelling the subscription are provided; however, if you find that you need additional assistance, connect with Apple Support to look into this further, here: Get Support

This was not helpful at all. You're directing me to exactly the places I said I've already been. When I go to Settings, then Subscriptions, then DropBox, I get the photo I posted above. It confirms my annual subscription, then gives me options for changing or upgrading. Since it's an ANNUAL ("recurring once a year") subscription, not a ONE-YEAR subscription, I assume it will be renewed next year, whether I want it to or not. There is no option for canceling!

Apparently I need someone at Apple to actually go in and cancel for me. Can you help me or not?

This basically takes me to the same place.

Here's a question: if my dropbox subscription says "expires" (then the date) and my other subscriptions say "renews" (then the date, does that mean my dropbox will just remain until the expiration date, then wait for me to renew? My concern is there's no indication it's been canceled and no assurance it won't be charged again for another year.
