Best charger for iPhone 13 mini

Hi,

I just purchased the new iPhone 13 mini, and also got the Apple 20W fast charger.

However, I own an iPhone SE (1st gen) and have the charger with it (Apple 5W charger). The original cable got damaged and got a new one - 3A fast charging cable.

Which one is best to use to keep the battery of my iPhone 13 mini in the best shape and slow down the degradation?

From what I've read online, it is suggested to use the typical 5W any time possible (overnight charging).

Otherwise, when in hurry, to use the 20W.
