I cannot use the Apple TV App on my iPad. It keeps telling me no videos.

Try signing out of your account, then immediately sign in again, for a thorough refresh of account related features.
Try shutting down the iPad, then start it up again. Restart your iPad - Apple Support
Verify that your account is for a country or region where Apple TV app services are available.
