Apple TV content on my iPad doesn’t appear

Try and Force restart iPad

• On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
• On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

One other thing I want to make sure is that you are in a region where Apple Media Services are available.

I understand that you are having difficulty playing media content in the Apple TV app on your iPad. You have turned your iPad OFF and ON however you have been unsuccessful.

Have you tried deleting the app and then re-installing it from the App Store?
