Regular Unnecessary Notifications

My Settings icon pops up upper right every late afternoon notifying of something I do not find to be a necessary notification. It is distracting and annoying. Looking up how to make a change, I do not see the "clock" icon I am looking for. I have looked everywhere that seems to be in the category of a regular appearing notice but don't see anything that is relevant to my search for the times between 7pm and 10 pm (can't remember the exact times) the device will be sleeping. How do I turn this thing off?

Open Sys Prefs>Notifications, look at the list there as to what it might be.

Any wording in the Notification that might give us a clue?
