After every phone call I see screen sharing in my recent pages

To clarify, are you referring to the Recents tab in the Phone app? Where specifically do you see screen sharing? Is this showing to be related to FaceTime calls or regular phone calls?

Which exact iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About > Software Version? Are you using an iOS Beta?

If you're stating you see iOS 15.2 when reviewing Settings > General > About > Software Version, that is indeed an iOS Beta version. iOS 15.1 is the latest public iOS released as of today.

We would suggest following the steps to uninstall that iOS beta: How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software, to test if the same behavior continues.

If you do not wish to uninstall beta, we would recommend using the Feedback Assistant to report the behavior instead.

Can you please confirm the exact iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About > Software Version? It's also still not clear where exactly screen sharing is showing up. It looks like you're in the multitasking windows perhaps. Are you seeing it appear as a separate page? Or, within the Phone app?
