Having so many problems with Safari on Facebook, always have to switch to Chrome if I want to comment. Sometimes it works, & sometimes I can't do anything. Called tech support > cleared Cache > still having probs. No idea if it's a Safari or FB problem.

Safari opens in Facebook, it's just that more often than not, I can't post anything in a group. I type and nothing happens when I hit return, sometimes everything is just "white" and then I have to switch over to Chrome where I have no problems. I have sent messages about the problem to facebook as well, but I have no idea if the problem is with Safari or not.

To confirm, this only occurs when performing a specific action within the Facebook site? If so, we do recommend following the steps in the article we provided previously. I'm afraid the issue is more about Safari than Facebook. If it works fine with other browsers, but just not Safari, doesn't that imply there's something about Safari that's unable to do what other browsers are? It's been happening for many months, and more recently, with updates, it's become near-impossible to interact with it at all. It becomes unresponsive, runs up RAM & CPU usage, and slows down my whole computer! And I have a very fast internet connection, and 64 GBs of RAM, so it shouldn't be having these kinds of issues. If a fix isn't going to be happening, I'll have to use another browser, which is mind-boggling, as one would think, intuitively, that Apple's own browser would enable us on Apple computers to have better functionality not less!
