this link might help (if they are in the recently deleted folder)

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

If they are not in the recently delete folder, you would need to have a backup that contains the photos in order to restore them. If you have such a backup, restore your iPhone with that backup.. Noting that if you use iCloud Photos, your photos are not contained in an iPhone backup..
