This happens to me all the time as the lower part of my left hand accidentally touches the keyboard when i type with two hands.

With this happening with multiple apps, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support so that Apple can look into this directly with you.

Unfortunately I got my new iPhone 13 Pro, yesterday and can barely type on it due to this issue. I jusswitched from an XS.

So after 4 support calls, an entire day of searching the web for tips... I can tell you not much can be done- and unfortunately Apple doesn't seem to keen on fixing or recognizing the issue.

They say it's probably in the software- any you either lose your data & apps settings or just deal with it.

One support tech offered to send a replacement phone, but she'd all but guarantee that I would have the same issues on the new phone.

I updated the software as a reset on my phone, once with data, once without any data.. After the final software *with no apps or data* I still experienced this issue-- I decided to clear & restore my phone a 3rd time to get my data back on my phone.

The link lists some suggestions- like 3rd party keyboards, using a one-hand keyboard, or a bulky phone case *incase its getting hit by your hand*
