Extra iCloud storage didn’t transfer to new phone

I changed carriers and bought a new phone but the iCloud storage didn’t transfer to the new phone. How do I transfer the extra iCloud storage from my old phone to my new phone?

Your iCloud storage doesn't transfer to anything, it stays with the Apple ID. So long as you log into your phone and iCloud with your Apple ID, your iCloud storage will display.

I changed my Apple ID and passwords because there was a tracker found on my old phone. If I log back in under the old info, can I change my info there where it will recognize the new phone? Thanks for your help.

All purchases, etc. are tied to one Apple ID. So, you'll need to use whatever ID you used to purchase iCloud storage. Or, cancel that and add it to your new ID. Same with apps, music, movies, etc.
