Not automatically. You can copy and paste tables, graphic objects and text boxes from Numbers into Pages, individually or in multiple selections. But you would then have to adjust the layout of these objects in Pages to fit the physical page size.

Numbers doesn't have a page size or setup structure - a Numbers sheet is basically a huge pasteboard on which you can add more and more objects, stretching out way past the size of any physically printable sheet. And a Numbers document can have more than one sheet...

Pages, on the other hand, works with precise printable page sizes - A4, Letter, whichever you choose.

So even if you could perform a direct conversion, you would still in most cases have to rearrange the spreadsheet elements within the Pages document.

And if you try to force Pages to open a Numbers document (right-click on it in Finder, choose Open With... Other... Enable All Applications...) you get this:

End of story, I'm afraid.

Just to add to my reply above, if you don't need the spreadsheet to be editable in Pages, you can export it from Numbers as a PDF. Then in Pages, click the Media button, then Choose, and navigate to the pdf and choose it. It will be placed on the pages document as an image, which can be resized if necessary.
