Can anyone help? My Airpod pros were working fine until a few days ago. I always use one at a time and swap them out when the one I am using runs out of juice. For the past few days each one shuts down even though my phone shows that it still has 69% of its charge! The case shows a 100% charge for the case, and when I swap the pods the charged one shows it starts at 100%. Very frustrating.

The pods are not dirty, and I ended up calling support. They thought it might be a glitch connected to the last update, and so they had me unlink my Airpods from the phone using "forget this device" and then reconnect. It worked! I am now getting the value of the full charge of the Airpods.
